replying to u/illuminatipastiche: It stinks what the online reservation system has come to The Mansion in Yorkville for a classic diner. You could easily go to JG Melon for a non-holiday weekday lunch. Maybe Mannys on the UWS for dinner. House of Joy for dim sum Weekdays will be much easier in general, esp late afternoon
