THAT IS THE BEST SLICE THERE IS. MANOS. Bagels- absolute on 107 if you can make it to upper west side (Hungarian pastry shop is 5 blocks away and a national treasure/perfect nyc cup of coffee also and roti roll for a cheap delicious lunch is next door)

Underrated- Shanghai Zhen Gong Fu, best XLB in the city, all varieties, headed there now for my Jewish Christmas Eve Underrated- max soha up on 122nd and Amsterdam, perfect nyc trattoria Underrated- the pastor cart outside Myrtle wyckoff trains at night with 3/5 taquitos, when they’re on they’re on. Underrated- holiday cocktail lounge, a pretty perfect place to drink a well made but zero pretension cocktail/comfy booths and great vibe/zine menu Underrated- JUA, best sub $150 tasting menu I’ve had in the last few years, still dream of their sweet potato donut and striped jack
