replying to u/themooseexperience: I absolutely love Birds of a Feather, and I'm not Chinese nor Chinese-American, but I've always felt like it's pretty damn Americanized. Not "orange chicken and crab rangoon" level, but it still feels catered to an almost exclusively American audience. Most of the dishes they serve may actually hail from China, but seem to be prepared in a way that appeals much more to the American palette
