replying to u/mikebassman: You want serious skirt steak, go to La Fusta (Argentine) in Elmhurst. Get the full size, I do not believe I have ever seen anyone finish that. While it isn’t cheap, it is a deal for what you are getting, and probably half of what you would spend in the city. 5 minute walk from the 82nd street stop on the 7.
