replying to u/laughingwalls: >every dinner i've seen suggested in NYC with all the traditional thanksgiving dinner food (including on here) is, like, egregiously expensive (or at least that's what $80+ is to me). my parents are coming from out of town, and would really like the classic stuff--is there a place that anyone knows that would have traditional thanksgiving food at a more reasonable price? i don't mind being in whichever borough (except maybe the bronx because it's far). even, like, a diner or something would be alright; i'm not looking for massively upscale or ambiance or whatever. also before anyone asks: can't cook, no living room (very small apt). tyia! I've never eaten there, but I've heard that place is dcent.
