replying to u/oni_bear: I like teado for their tea but their toppings are really lackluster. The boba is always flavorless or undercooked for me. I had a jelly topping once and it was like eating plain no flavored jelly. My go to is ChungYang for a chain shop and Debutea if I want boba milk drinks.
