replying to u/squirrelshine: I always get the tiramisu as dessert at Macosa Trattoria in Bed-Stuy. I'd say it's one of my favorites, but Im not looking for the absolute best, I'm looking for something that feels really good—and it does.

replying to u/ElectricalSeaweed320: I didn’t want to buy into I Sodi’s lasagna hype but I think it’s so good - the flavor is so rich and deep. Haven’t tried via carrots. I personally found misi and rezdora to be overly salted. Don Angie was good but overhyped for sure. I’m going to butcher the spelling but I fell in love with fiaschetteria pistoia One I’ve been meaning to go to but haven’t gotten around to it is nonna doras I’m also on the hunt for a place that really specialises in Roman food
