replying to u/PushforlibertyAlways: The Gallery (Odo). It's got a great wagyu and uni dish for only \~$40 for a sizable portion of wagyu. Rotating Japanese artists have their work on the walls. Also a bunch of Izakaya style food and burgers and sushi. I'm a huge fan of Odo in general and they run great events through their restaurant for various Japanese cultural elements like zen buddhism, ikebana, and whiskey.
