Following multiple emails from them, they had the audacity to offer me a $300 gift card in exchange for changing it to a positive review or deleting it altogether. This alone says everything about the kind of business they are.

replying to u/todayiwillthrowitawa: I had never heard of it before, saw excellent google reviews and just figured I wouldn’t overthink it. Horrible food, and the Beef Wellington special someone at my table ordered came out fully soggy, the puff was completely soaking wet. Asked to talk to a manager, he said “sorry we haven’t figured out how to make them not soggy”, and offered to comp the meal if I didn’t leave a bad review. Realized that was how I got swindled in the first place, refused, and now hate this place with a passion.
