“With muku it felt like some of the dishes were similar in taste. A lot of ginger usage. 4 of the 9 dishes were liquid base.”

replying to u/everclear_handle: I haven't heard much about Yamada since it opened so I am surprised it got 4 stars so quickly. Has anyone tried this place yet? Also, I'm not that big of a fan of this review style, I'd much rather prefer they do what the infatuation does than throw four adjective laden paragraphs about eels at me
