replying to u/altilde: Have you been to mayflower in fort greene? It's the speakeasy in back of aita. Quite nice. Also in that hood: My boyf loves dick and Jane. The cocktails are good but it's a lil too crowded for my tastes. Bar laika by espace. The cocktails are honestly just ok but the space is really gorgeous. Japanese wood vibes, very peaceful.

replying to u/Maximum_Assistant_36: Gage and Tollner for sure! If you’re willing to go a bit further, Walter’s in Ft Greene has solid service, vibes, and food but isn’t fancy. Other restaurants that aren’t specifically for steak, but are definitely good : Colonia Verde, Strange Delight, Place des Fetes, Roman’s, Saraghina Caffe, LaRina Pastificio
