replying to u/pachangoose: Di Fara sadly no longer belongs on a list like this, as good as it may have been just a handful of years ago. At this point if I’m in the area and want a slice, I’d rather walk the 10 minutes to Lo Duca than pay substantially more for an IMO lesser slice at Di Fara.

replying to u/Effective-Site-5701: If you’re going all the way to Di Fara, you should really try Lo Duca at Newkirk Plaza. It is much better imo. Their grandma pie is my favorite, but all the standard pies are really good. (They also have a lot of fusion-y ones—those aren’t my favorite.)
