replying to u/kaffeefabrik: Eataly for a splurge (pricier, but also will give you that restaurant hand-made feeling; and still cheaper than at the restaurant), followed by your local grocery ravioli (TJs/WF/...). Boil briefly, put into a pan with some melted cultured butter, a bit of sage. Finish with a bunch of parm.
