replying to u/LieutenantKije: Shocked no one has said Corkbuzz. Owner is a master sommelier (Laura Maniec, one of only a handful of female master somms), and they have an extensive list by the glass, as well as wine flights! Eg rotating themes like all Chardonnay, or wines from Hungary, or different Chateau D’Yquem vintages, etc. it’s amazing.
