    Unfortunately the two times I’ve had the kouign aman there they were nowhere near the quality of the bakery and the now closed kitchen. I even gave up after a few bites because it barely felt worth it

    I've given dominique ansel workshop three tries and have been sorely disappointed every single time. the viennoiserie leaves everything to be desired when it comes to texture, flavor, and taste. seriously. you're only paying for the aesthetics.
