  • it's legit one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. all the pizzas look sad af in the display case. got a fresh pie and the crust was just terrible, the cheese tasted cheap.

my little pizzeria is top 5 worst pizzas I've ever had, and i got a fresh pie. flimsy, bland, crust tasted like a cracker

bought a pie from my little pizzeria based on the recommendation of someone. absolutely disgusting! the crust sucked, the cheese tasted cheap, it was only slightly a step above school pizza.

I hope people are confusing My Little Pizzeria at 114 Court, with Little Pizza Parlor at 192 Duffield. 114 Court doesn’t even look clean let alone hood.

  • replying to u/heepofsheep: Joes is pretty much like any decent slice you can get in region. If you live in an area with terrible pizza then yeah it’ll be great but if you’re coming from NJ, CT, PA, etc it won’t be anything special.

After that I rank Joe's (and on the right day My Little Pizzeria on Court Street).

  • replying to u/CodnmeDuchess: There aren’t any good slices in Dumbo. Juliana’s and Ignacio’s are the best pizza restaurants in the neighborhood though, but they don’t do slices.

    Seconding My Little Pizzeria

Might not be the "best" slice, but, definitely a good rep of the "NYC slice" and never let me down.

MLP was my go-to for delivery back when I lived in Brooklyn Heights - glad to see the quality has kept up even after 20+ years.

  • replying to u/LeftReflection6620: The true Slice category to me are the places that serve slices like Buffalo Chicken and Margherita with thick slices of mozz and tomato sauce and are usually $4 or less for a good slice. With that said, I love Brooklyn Home Slice on Vanderbilt, Rosas on Metropolitan, and Antonio’s Pizza in Flatbush. Honorable mention for Luigi’s in Clinton Hill. I love F&F and and L’Industrie but they’re in another category of “gourmet” slices and not representative of the NYC slice.

"My Little Pizzeria" on Court Street in Brooklyn was where I got most of my slices

  • replying to u/PriorCod4320: I love this post. Not all pizza places need to have lines. Great slice places are all over the city. Shout out to some of the places near where I’ve lived over the years: - Freddie & Peppers: Amsterdam & 74th - Mimi’s: Broadway & 88th - My Little Pizzeria: Court Street (Brooklyn)

My little is absolutely goated. I have so many great memories of going there after watching a movie at the Regal cinema on the corner (RIP)

One isn’t good and one isn’t close? Weird response.
