replying to u/GobsBeadsAndBeesShop: Kind of goes to show how unhinged the "trendy" NY restaurants have gotten. I personally avoid them like the plague. Overly entitled staff serving overhyped, overpriced plates. There are literally hundreds of places you can get into for lower price points and the same (if not better) quality of food. OP, you are not being unreasonable. If a restaurant employee spilled wine (which stains clothes) onto me, I would expect (at a minimum) that the wine was entirely comped. If this place gave even the tiniest shit about hospitality, the whole thing would be comped. Theodora truly sucks ass. Sorry you had that experience.
