replying to u/jewree: Not exactly what you want, but, adjacent, and I hope worth a mention: BonBon (the swedish candy shop) has soft serve ice cream with really interesting toppings, which include licorice sauce (!) and like 10 different kinds of licorice sprinkles. (And of course, they have all kinds of legit licorice candy). The licorice focused toppings are not something I've ever seen before, and bring such intense licorice flavor to the soft serve (particularly the licorice sauce). I love it.
