replying to u/Legumez: uluh (or Hao Noodle) over Mountain House for "typical" Sichuan. There's also some interesting stuff in Flushing like Juqi (Beijing food, fairly uncommon in the US) and Tai Er (newly opened, Sichuan style pickled mustard greens + fish stew; it's a Chinese chain).
