replying to u/Informal-County-4852: This new wave is a little different as these new viral shops feature greek frozen yogurt that is less sweet and also premium, Mediterranean style/fresh toppings such as pistachios, baklava, seasonal fruit, and housemade granola. So they are sold at a higher price point and positioned as healthier. I tried Myka last week i couldn't believe it, but it was actually very delicious and I wanted to go back the next day. I was lucky I didn't have to wait in a line.
