replying to u/CabassoG: Been to all three. In my opinion, the pre-AYCE selection is better at Hayashi and as I love scallops, I prefer their AYCE. If you want AYCE shrimp and wagyu, Hatsu is better. They also add the same toppings to their AYCE selection unlike Hayashi if that's a plus. I don't like SourAji (any location.) The rice quality sucks and they give you tiny slivers of fish with mounds of rice at the end. It's way cheaper but I don't think it's worth it.
