replying to u/Unlikely-Guess3775: Don't go for Indian style chaat in Jackson Heights - if you are looking for Bangladeshi-style puchka or jhal muri, then the Tong cart is good. If you want Indian-style chaat, go to Kailash Parbat on 26th Street, or Mithaas or Bikanervala in Jersey City. KP's papdi chaat is amazing, and Bikanervala's raj kachori is great. Or if you want pani puri, they have live pani puri at Hot Breads in Jersey City.
