replying to u/Blue_foot: FYI, the food at Javits is the combo of horrible, expensive and ridiculous lines. So plan ahead and BYO. There is a Russ & Daughters and Pret a manger at Hudson Yards. I liked Estadorio Milo’s at Hudson Yards for dinner. Mediterranean fish with a view.

replying to u/Mundane_Professor596: Avra is good and more upscale for a night at the theater. I love Kyma, but it is a little far. Also check out some casual Turkish places. I’ve found they are uniformly good around town.
