replying to u/Jaudition: Imo the best places for cumin lamb noodles are: 1- xian famous foods 2- the meal kits from xian famous foods 3- the recipe from the xian famous foods cook book I know people like bites of xian but I really don’t like their lamb or noodles even 10 percent as much as xff or my best attempt to recreate xff at home. Still have not tried very fresh noodles in Chelsea, but I think it’s worth checking out. Was probably going to go the next time my vegan friend visits since they have more animal free options than xff
