replying to u/CabassoG: Saperavi is easily the best of all the Georgian spots in Manhattan. Didn't have a bad dish there and they had the best version or among the best versions of shkmeruli, ostri, and kupati with an excellent khachapuri and everything else was really solid also. The only spot better is deep in BK (Tone Cafe.) Chito is a but pricey and the portions are smaller than most other Georgian places but the food is pretty solid. I personally don't get how enamored everyone else with Chama. The food is fine but they're almost more of a Georgian wine bar and outside of their pretty solid khachapuri, I don't think the rest of the food is that good.

Upper East Side so it’s easy for you to get to from queens and Manhattan. Really cozy, fantastic Georgian food, and the right vibe for what you’re looking for. The magic of NYC dining is finding a spot that feels homey and exciting and they nail it.
