  • replying to u/nycago: Çka Ka Qëllu is a fantastic Albanian restaurant. Enzo’s of Williamsbridge is a fresh elevated take on classic NY red sauce joint, I think it might be the best chicken Parmesan in the city. The Irish stretch of Woodlawn is so cool on Katona Ave. I love cheap fried seafood and cheap pina coladas on City Island at Johnny’s. Louie and Ernie’s is a classic slice of pizza, it’s not the best but I always stop for a slice if I’m close by. The Bronx Brewery and Port Morris Distillery are super close to each other and fun. There are also a few great spots just over border in Westchester, Dubrovnik is a great Croat restaurant in New Rochelle.

Louie and Ernie's has the best sausage slice in the city. Not the whole pie, just the slice because they put it in the oven to reheat it and it gets extra crispy. It's delicious:)
