replying to u/meandtheknightsofni: Whilst visiting I had really good coffee from Sojourner in Harlem. You guys in the US need to start embracing the Long Black rather than the Americano. Less water and the espresso shot always pulled on top, so you get a more intense drink with crema. It's the way forward!
