replying to u/aunipine: Nice, someone else made a similar sheet when the list came out but always good to have a refresher. I'm at about 30/57 and a few more notes on sandwiches no longer available: - Spice brothers doesn't have the shawarma east (beef/lamb) any more, just chicken. - Grand central oyster bar doesn't have the caviar sandwich any more (maybe it'll come back, idk) - Sunday C&C eatery closed on the bowery about six months ago, it looks like they're reopening at some point? - Cocoron market has kind of closed/consolidated into a newish location, and they don't currently serve the katsu millefeuille. I'm hoping they bring it back as they expand the menu. - You already noted it but for completeness's sake, marlow and sons has closed. I just looked up the creator of the Scuttlebutt, Caroline Fidanza, and she's now the "Senior Manager Culinary Operations" at Bloomingdales, so maybe it'll make a comeback at the restaurant they have there.
