Don’t think this is the best way to express a foreigner wanting to invest and expand in NYC and the states, especially given the current political environment. I’ve been to PST and it’s legit. If you think it’s mid, then agree to disagree. Pete Wells found the story intriguing enough to report on it. There’s a certain craftsmanship that Japanese artisans have - shokunin - that I find endearing; Wells writes about it in the article.
