replying to u/Concretenun: Hit me with some of your other suggestions, comrade. Even if it's cold food or full of dairy (not sure which limitation you were referring to). If I dine as a queen and suffer for it, then so be it. Laut is a contender! GupShup also would have been perfect, but there's no bunch hours for Thursday, unfortunately! Based on my previous experiences with Peruvian and Brazilian, I think I'd have to be in a serious meat mood to appreciate Pio-Pio or Churrascaria - also there's something about ordering the non-specialty that would make me shy. Upland is a really funny suggestion. Looks like they're themed around the Californian city, and it would be really hilarious of me (from Los Angeles) to dine at a place named after a city I pass by sometimes.
