You'll also find three Icon Parking garages, open 24 hours, in the immediate vicinity. Some combination of the above should do the trick.

“For dumplings, the only place I tend to recommend is the unglamorous Excellent Dumpling on 23rd St in Chelsea. They were on Lafayette Street for 40 years so they know how to do dumplings… their dumplings are bigger than your usual kind, but the fillings don’t appear to be packed with cheap filler (last I ate).”
