replying to u/phoenixmatrix: Not top, but up there and near where you are is Taiyaki, which does amazing Japanese style ice cream and Taiyaki cones. On weekend they dona very popular souffle pancake. Another popular destination is Clinton St Bakery, which has some of the best pancakes in the city.
