replying to u/East_Korean: My vote is Jongro https://jongrobbqmarket.com/menu/. They have a lunch/dinner option and meet your $50pp requirement. They only do walk-ins, so expect a little bit of a wait to get into either of their locations. as an alternative, I suggest Gen Korean BBQ in Union sq, which is a quick train ride from where you are staying which offers a budget and premium option which go under and slightly over your budget. You will likely wait less here as its a big space and outside of Ktown.
