replying to u/throwawayzies1234567: Norma is Sicilian and they have unique dishes, I love their Anelletti Sicialiani and their squid ink rice balls. Ferdinando’s Focacceria is also Sicilian with unique dishes like the panelle special.

replying to u/FreakinB: Another Sicilian place is Joe’s of Avenue U, very deep into Brooklyn. One of the main things there is the vastedda sandwich, but there are also other options (panelle, etc.) if you don’t feel great about organ meat.
