replying to u/jesxa: Closer to Penn, I’d recommend Mercato — a super cute little corner with rustic brick and solid pasta. Bottino (closer to Chelsea) is also a good Italian spot (I had my engagement dinner there!) and the outdoor dining in the yard should be quite lovely this time of the year, the weather has been so nice 🍂 Junmen is a good spot if you’re feelin Asian, and of course would recommend Juban for drinks but that’s more of an evening affair :) cute sense of Chelsea is really pretty with good healthy options as well. Bluestone Lane in the Eugene building is a good option for a casual no fuss lunch in a comfortable setting

replying to u/Organic-Swimming-385: Just went to Ulivo with my family based on this list and it was underwhelming to say the least. Seems like there are so many more Italian restaurants that could have taken that spot. The wine was the best part.
