replying to u/EatsYourShorts: I always knew the two levels were different, but I’ve been following this project closely since 2018 as a nearby neighbor. I always figured its days were numbered when they didn’t complete the basement expansion into the other building on the other side of Norfolk like the original plan. I’m really heartbroken to lose some of the vendors - Gouie and End’s Meat were two of my favorite additions to the market. Hopefully there’s room for at least one of them upstairs.
