  • I'd encourage you to also stop in at Proletariat on the same block. While they'll probably not have that specific beer, they'll have other high abv dark beers that are possibly cask conditioned.

  • replying to u/thansal: Third Kingdom (vegan mushroom focused restaurant) shares space with Proletariat, one of the best beer bars in NYC. Sadly, they don't give the full tap list at Third Kingdom for whatever reason, but there's always good stuff from next door. Fifth Hammer is just a great brewery with a nice tap room, but then they have a [great calendar](https://www.fifthhammerbrewing.com/fifth-hammer-calendar?view=calendar&month=08-2024) of visiting food trucks/pop ups.

Every time Proletariat does a remodel, the bar gets less and less interesting. Its like they've stopped caring about running a bar.

  • Proletariat is my favorite beer bar, and atm you can get the ramen, dumplings and mac n cheese there.

  • replying to u/djlamar7: Using this comment to consolidate the beer stuff: I was also going to suggest Beer Culture for Hell's Kitchen like some others mentioned already. Since there's a lot of beer on your list generally, I'd also recommend: - Blind Tiger, which is my favorite beer bar in NYC (I don't go to Brooklyn and Queens super duper often so don't yell at me). It's in West Village so maybe you could tack it on after L'Industrie if you don't mind day drinking, they're open during the day. - Fool's Gold which is on Houston between East Village and Lower East Side. Easy to do before or after Proletariat. (side note: I haven't been to Proletariat in forever, not even since they moved, but back in the day they were a little too hazy and sour focused for me whereas Fool's Gold and Blind Tiger have more variety).

    But worth it!
