    replying to u/thansal: I'm pretty sure souffle pancakes are only: Flippers, Taiyaki (only on the weekends) and Eggcellent Soufflés Pancake (in that little food mall on 40th in Flushing). So check all 3 out? I've only tried Flippers, and wasn't particularly impressed, but I think that's the dish itself just isn't for me. People seem to like Taiyaki (it's the one I hear the most), but those hours are kinda silly, and it means a massive line normally, and they have like 2 tables in total iirc, so it's basically to go only, which seems like not the best for that dish. And if anyone tells you to go to Hi Collar: They're wrong, that's just tall pancakes. Good pancakes (and excellent coffee), but not the dish you're looking for.
