replying to u/JayMoots: Al Di La is in Park Slope. Great Italian food and you can eat either in the main dining room or their charming little wine bar next door. Or a short cab ride away you can go to Frankie's 457 in Carroll Gardens, which is also Italian food in an even more charming dining room. About a 10 min walk away from Frankie's you have Clover Club, which is excellent cocktails and small plates.
