replying to u/AvatarofBro: I don’t think Urban Hawker is more expensive than the stalls at Pier 57. It’s been pretty reasonable every time I’ve gone. I’d rather pay $16 for a Hainanese chicken bowl there than $17 for a Sweetgreen salad or something.

[According to Eater](https://ny.eater.com/2023/10/13/23889283/lou-yau-kee-hainan-chicken-rice-singapore-urban-hawker-food-hall), it's made by the same master chef that trained the Hainan Jones crew at Urban Hawker. It's still like \~$19 for a large and \~$16 for a regular though.
