replying to u/jaded_toast: Ohhh, this makes sense. Tried Ootoya recently because I was craving Japanese breakfast, and a bunch of people recommended it in a recent post. I thought it was decent, but not better than Okonomi or Okume. I remember that the Chelsea location of Harbs had a C rating when it closed. I was shocked.
