replying to u/itsjackcheng: Vietnaam is my favorite in UES. Hanoi House in East Village. Saigon Social for an elevated experience in LES. I hear Madame Vo tossed around, but never been so can’t comment. Ginger & Lemongrass is decent out in Brooklyn.
