replying to u/thansal: White my top place has been mentioned (yet another +1 for TabeTomo), I still like to call out Nakamura for the most ridiculously rich broths, including a phenomenal vegan one. The Pork broth is closer to drinking gravy than it is to ramen, but I enjoy the hell out of it, and the Vegan XO is nearly as rich. The chicken ramen is also really nice. Their sides are super lacking. That's a good question: Who's got the best sides? Gyoza? Karaage? Wings? etc? Hide Chan was my favorite Karaage (And actually my favorite fried chicken) for a long time. I haven't been in a while, and while my favorite fried chicken has been updated (Rody Rooster), the last time I went it was still super solid.

replying to u/thansal: I've always been a huge fan of Hide Chan's. Juicy, crispy, comes w/ mayo. For similar hits there's Rowdy Rooster who do boneless fried chicken thighs, but a different coating.
