A couple of spots you could try are Randiwa and New Asha. There's also Sigiri over in 1st Avenue, though I've never tried that. Alternatively, you could go to Lakruwana for a buffet-style setting.

replying to u/CactusBoyScout: I know Staten Island doesn't get much attention in general but if you've ever wanted an excuse to go there, the Sri Lankan food is pretty amazing. I went to a different Sri Lankan spot there (New Asha) a few weeks ago and also visited Snug Harbor, a local cultural center. It also gave me the opportunity to visit the only subway line I'd never taken before... the SIR. Overall a nice day on Staten Island.
