replying to u/_allycat: This is not a popular pick, but the best I've personally had in the city was from Jeffrey's Grocery. And you could walk to Washington Sq Park. It's just a normal sit down restaurant so order to go ahead. I don't like Luke's personally.

replying to u/NoSleep2135: Luke's Lobster is solid, but unfortunately, lobster rolls and oysters don't really compare here. Red Hook Lobster Pound is comparable to Luke's. I really enjoy how fresh and bright the lobster roll at Greenpoint Fish & Lobster Co is. Lots of meat, too, unlike Lobster Place, which I find to be a bit skimpy. Smithereens apparently has an excellent one, though. It's on my list.
