replying to u/plant_pig: There is none that's even remotely close to the quality of Fu Hang soy milk. Their thick shao bing with you tiao and egg combo is heavenly. Ok Ryan was a huge disappointment when I went a couple months ago. The shao bing was dry, the salty soil milk was bland. Win Son Bakery is probably the closest in term of tastiness, but it's technically Taiwanese American fusion.

As for the food quality, I thought the donut was perfectly made and the fan tuan was constructed very well, the only item I really thought could be a miss was the BEC pancake. May I ask where you get your Taiwanese food? Unless it's making things at home of course, then you might be breaking my heart.
