replying to u/Foodiegirlie030793: I love the nasi lemak from a few Malaysian restaurants (it’s a coconut flavored rice centered dish) I like it from Nynonya in LES or Malay Restaurant in Flushing even Papa Rich has a good one. Another dish is Hainanese chicken rice you can also order that at the Malaysian restaurants. The thai version can be found at chick it out in LIC. I also enjoy the sticky white rice that comes with tofu stew in Korean restaurants.

replying to u/yakitorispelling: Japan Village is like 35 mins from Soho. Keep in mind theres other Japanese shops in the adjoining Industry City buildings not directly connected.
