Hector’s in Chelsea (RIP), Malibu in Chelsea, Joe Jrs, Square Diner, West Side Restaurant, Viand Cafe, Juniors in Brooklyn, Donut Pub (in Chelsea and Astor place), B&H, Little Poland, and Waverly. For price and aesthetic, I like Washington Square Diner.
