replying to u/CabassoG: There's Restaurant Week (or really Restaurant Month) right now and a lot of the good restaurants in the are are doing a $30 prix fixe. Would recommend checking out spots from there. The best lunch spot otherwise around Time's Square is probably Margon or Victor's which are both Cuban. You could also try a bunch of interesting dishes at the new Urban Hawker; an Indonesian hawker stand inspired place with many options. In terms of Hell's Kitchen, I'd honestly yelp the area for lunch as there's a ton of places for all prices and most cuisine types. Columbus Circle has a bit less though Kashkaval Garden (Mediterranean) and Bengal Tiger (Indian) are some notable ones.
