replying to u/Nef_Fets: I've noticed this as well. Can't tell you why but it seems more like a style choice rather than humidity or water. Cannelle has a baguette that is similar to Maison Kayser imo.

replying to u/Smooth_Influence_488: Bread Story. Maison Kaysar was a staple for a lot of people and it's nice that it's still hidden away within Bread Story for a reasonable price. It definitly could be overrun in a heartbeat if they worked with influencers, but they don't.
